The story of File Channels
FileChannels is a newly launched Virtual Sales platform developed by All In The Loop, a leading innovator in event technology. With years of experience supporting thousands of events each year, we became pioneers in the virtual event space in 2020. As businesses around the world shifted to virtual environments, it became clear that new tools were needed to work efficiently and effectively in a digital world.
Identifying the need forbetter virtual sales tools
As our outreach team adapted to this virtual shift, we realized the challenges of engaging prospects, sharing documents, and conducting meetings. We needed a more streamlined solution to improve communication and collaboration. That’s when we set out to create FileChannels: an all-in-one platform designed to bring document sharing, meetings, and collaboration into a single, interactive space.
Successful internal trials and positive results
In mid-2021, we launched an internal trial of the first version of FileChannels, and the results exceeded our expectations. The outreach team saw a noticeable increase in meeting booking rates, and the sales development representative (SDR) team exceeded their close rate targets. These improvements validated the potential of FileChannels as a powerful sales tool.
